Perhaps everyone, including those arms distance wholesalers, will finally acknowledge the need for self regulation and complete industry co-operation. Its time to take off the blinkers and stop passing the buck. It is the responsibility of the wholesalers who have facilitated this industry from its initial conception to start and take a hard look at the products they are peddleing down the line to unsuspecting retailers. Everyone must share the responsibility of cleaning up the image of this industry, this doesnt just include the manner in which a product is being sold but, also the product description itself.

Thought process are now against the law, yes its official, no longer does a criminal act have to be commissioned for it to be illegal, now encouraging or assisting an offence believing it will be committed is a serious crime?So for all you car salespersons, if you belive for any reason that your customer is going to excede the speed limit, it will be illegal for you to sell them a car??. If you believe that a customer is going to use a plant pot for illegal purposes it is a crime to sell it to them? Are we all getting the picture here? Yes indeed a very damaging piece of legislation that was ramed through parliment with no opposition at all. So who is going  to stand up for our human rights then.
